How and where can we find Indian senior executives' profiles with contact info on Internet ?

We are aggresively and disparately looking for exclusively that kind of senior management executives for our company Tvc Skyshop in Mumbai, who have proved their skills & expertise and made multiple growth to their present company. So, how and where can we reach to such info to contact them by phone or email ?

1. Look at http://www.linkedin.com for senior executives in all countries or try a headhunter agency.

3. I'd definitely start on LinkedIn. (http://www.linkedin.com). You can search on "executive" and "Mumbai". I'm sorry, I don't know Tvc Skyshop and you don't indicate the kind of executive (sales, marketing, general management etc). All of those things are searchable items on LinkedIn. If you set up an account there, you can also post jobs. I like LinkedIn for these kinds of requests because it has stayed very focused on being only a networking source for professionals. 4. I may be out of my realm here, since I know how to network in the US. However, there are global networking sites like www.linkedin.com where you can search for people with specific skills and get introduced to them. I also know a source that is an expert at finding very specific individuals online and from specific companies. He also can provide emails to these people. I don't understand everything of how he does it, but I contract with him in my job searching for software engineers. You can also use google to find people. If you email me I will provide a google cheat sheet to you on how to mine people from Google. Good Luck!
