Why is a Congressman calling for executives who get bonuses to commit suicide and not for Congressmen to?
What with Barney Frank causing this crisis by prohibiting supervision of Fannie Mae executives like Gorelick and Franklin Raines, shouldn't he be the one to fall on his sword when that's costed us trillions, not millions?

- The members of Congress have neither the intellect nor the inclination to do the right thing.
- Barney Frank didn't do anything wrong, just ask him......
- Just for that, Chuck Grassley should run for president in 2016.
- yes, Barney wants to find the criminals responsible for the credit in housing disaster, and he can find one by looking in the mirror. He protected the managers at Freddy and Fanny and now they work for Obama. He ran a prostitution ring out of his town house and was never charged or censured, and the congressman who suggested he be censured was reviled for being homophobic. It seems Barney's sexual persuasion protects him from any criticism.
- Barney isn't the only one, so perhaps ALL congressment should be required to "fall on their swords"
- He will destroy America just like Hitler destroyed Germany....just different weapons, that's all.
- The guy is such an example of the over the top hypocrisy. It is so easy for him and others like him (they know who they are) to point fingers, but watch him when he is under the microscope. By the way, I do not agree that the AIG should hand out bonuses to these clowns. Whether or not it is part of their contract or not, they are the reason they had to get a bailout to begin with. If the government had not stepped in, they would have filed bankruptcy and they would have come up empty handed anyway.
