What can or should be done to corrupt corporate executives that ravage investors to stuff their fat faces?

What can or should be done to corrupt corporate executives that ravage their investors, without thinking twice about the people's lives they ruin, to stuff their fat and greedy faces with money that they don't need? What can or should be done to the equally corrupt politicians that take the bribes and pay-offs from these repugnant executives and then offer protection, power, and the ability to shape our country more than any civilian ever could?

1. It will never change as long as the American People sit on their duffs and do nothing. If we would all find out who these fat cats are and take our money elsewhere, it would put a crimp in their hose. I found out how much money my broker was making from my accounts and got rid of him also I went from Mutual funds to stocks as the stock doesn't need someone to oversee how it is managed. it goes up or down. I have lamented this for years, but no one else wants to hear me so I just resolved to keep my own finances in check and out of those areas that they are open to abuse. I don't know what the small person one at a time can do. You need more people to be proactive instead of reactive like I was.
2. Personally, I think their children should be dragged out into the street and receive one flog for each million the fat cat stole. It'll never happen, and sure its "unfair", but I can't think of a better incentive to play it straight and narrow.
3. I think they should be forced to clean the filth from the McDonald's men's room toilets and urinals!
